“I Apologize” is a french band made of three visual artists.

Siouxsie and the Banshees, T.Rex, Marianne Faithfull are among the music icons of Jean-Luc Verna, the singer. The french performer, photographer, sculptor and drawer enjoys covering their songs, twisting the codes and attitudes, he also sings his own lyrics in new compositions.“I was born in the 60s, therefore I am 25. This is the perfect age to show off,and take the mic.”

Julien Tiberi is a drawer, a painter and he is the drummer of the band. He exudes his beats swaying his hips and adds his personnal touch on each tracks. Gauthier Tassart is basically a video artist, he is the composer and the keyboardist. He is also a specialist in magic rituals, don’t meet his gaze.

“I Apologize” already played in France (Centre Pompidou, le Confort Moderne, le Mac-Val…), Switzerland, Spain and they recently made the opening of the Venice Biennale and RomeThe trio just produced his third record, a four tracks picture-disc on the french label Optical Sound (http://www.optical-sound.com/).
